What is the Architecture Domain?

The Architecture Domain refers to one of the four architecture disciplines within TOGAF. These disciplines include Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, and Technology Architecture, each serving as a critical aspect of the overall enterprise architecture framework. This classification allows organizations to systematically develop and manage their architectural assets, aligning them with business strategies and goals.

Business Architecture focuses on the business strategy and governance, Data Architecture deals with the structure of an organization’s data, Application Architecture concerns the individual applications and their interactions, and Technology Architecture encompasses the software and hardware infrastructure.
